1. Where are your supplements made?

All of our supplements are proudly made in the USA, within a facility that holds certifications for certified current Good Manufacturing Practices, under strict Quality Control. We do our absolute best to ensure we are meeting all the high standards you'd expect by using active ingredients that are veterinarian approved and manufactured in an FDA registered facility.


2. How often should I give my dog supplements?

While it can differ based on the type of supplement you give them, we encourage all of our customers to give their dog daily multivitamin, probiotic and hip & joint supplements to ensure they are receiving the vitamins and nutrients they need to have an energetic and fulfilled day! Calming chews can be given as needed but shouldn't exceed the directions provided on the label.



1. Where do we ship?

Wagsly ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to U.S. Territories or internationally.


2. How long do orders take to ship?

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if there are postal service problems beyond our control, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Wagsly does not offer in-store pickup.


3. Is there free shipping? 

For residents of the lower 48 states, Wagsly offers free shipping for one-time orders over $50 after all discounts are applied and for all subscriptions. At this time, shipping will be charged for residents in Alaska and Hawaii.


Returns and Cancellations

1. How can I get a refund?

We try our absolute best to ensure your dog will love our products, however if for some reason you change your mind, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping and restocking costs for the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wagsly.com. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5513 W 11000 North, #525, Highland UT 84003, United States.

We wjll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. Refund processing time?

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping and re-stocking costs for the return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@wagsly.com.


3. How do I cancel an order?

Please email support@wagsly.com within 1 business day from the time of purchase so we can process your cancellation before the item is shipped. If the order has already shipped, please follow our refund procedures.


4. What do I do if my product is damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@wagsly.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.


5. What if my dog does not like the supplements?

Please reference “How can I get a refund?”.

One-Time Orders

1. How can I edit my order?

Please email support@wagsly.com within 1 business day from the time of purchase so we can edit your order before the item is shipped.


2. How can I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@wagsly.com with your name and order number, and we will happily look into it for you.



1. What are the benefits of subscribing?

With each supplement you receive 20% off! Because of how important it is to ensure your dog is getting the essential vitamins and nutrients they need, a subscription can help you develop a fantastic habit of giving your dog a daily supplement.


2. How can I edit, skip, or cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel, skip, or change your subscription, you can do so at any time through your online account. Your order confirmation emails also have links to your subscriptions. Once in your portal, go to “Subscriptions, then “See more details”. Here you can edit the quantity of product, skip an order, or even choose your preferred calendar date that your next order will arrive.

3. How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are automatically billed and shipped based on the frequency you choose before adding your item to the cart. Once added, you do not have to worry about renewing the subscription and can enjoy your supplements arriving on time. You can skip an order or change the delivery date through your customer portal. You can also cancel at any time.
